Recipe
Ingredients
- ¾ oz. mezcal espadín
- ¾ oz. blanco tequila
- ¾ oz. white crème de cacao
- ¾ oz. Dolin Génépy
- 1 dash orange bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon
Glass: Nick and Nora
Garnish: star anise
How to prepare it?
- Stir all the ingredients together with ice in mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled glass, then garnish.
Note: soak 1-star anise in overproof vodka, then lights it aflame over the drink before garnishing.
